Pushing tmi warning
I had the urge to use the restroom so I did. As I made a bm my whole body had this urge to push super hard like almost “bare down” and my stomach got sooooo tight and I felt like I was going to throw up. I’ve been stuck at 1cm dilated and 90% effaced. Has anyone else experienced this before labor or as it was nearing? It was the weirdest thing ever and now I just feel really off
