Concentration for major

Hi, I'm currently studying economics (undergrad) and IDK if I want to do my concentration in finance or data analytics. Finance would entail more business classes which is what I'm interested in since my school doesn't have a business major, but I think data analytics would be more practical for an independent career. If I chose finance it would be more helpful for when I take over my family's businesses but I don't intend on doing so for at least another decade and would like to establish myself independently with my own career (hence data analytics). I live in a high cost of living city so salary would also be a major factor. Anyone with experience in either financial analytics or data analytics that could provide insight? Thank you!
