Front to back because I don't enjoy infections. My daughter was wiped the same way, and now she's learning to do the same. Front to back. Always. I don't care how you make it happen, I don't care what position you get yourself into to do it. Always front to back.

I use wet wipes and I like to wipe just the butt area without dragging it to the front or back… and go in a circle to get all the crevices (2nd or 3 wipe after wiping initially)
