Using OPKs after a miscarriage
When should I start using OPKs? I miscarried at just under 6 weeks a fortnight ago, and I have no idea where I’m at in my cycle. I did a pregnancy test today to confirm there was no pregnancy tissue left and it was negative so me and my husband would like to start trying again but I’m not really sure what my body is doing! 😅
