Mmc question ***possible trigger****

After having my ultrasound today I’m a little confused and wondered if anyone could help….

I had a private ultrasound a week ago I thought I was 7w3d I measured 5w3d with a gs and 3.01mm embryo (yolk sac not seen)

I was seen by the hospital today for a ultrasound from them….gs sack measured at 6w2d and embryo at 2.65mm……I have too go back next week too see if the embryo is shrinking more and too see if I need medical help too remove the gs and embryo (theyv never seen a hb)

My question is is it normal for a gs too carry on growing and mesuring up and the embryo too shrink?

Iv had no bleeding and still have symptoms…

I’m just so confused and sad 😥
