I highly doubt it. That said if you don’t want to be pregnant or have ongoing negative feelings toward the sweet little being inside you, I think that’s something they may feel on some level. If it’s something you feel badly about, I would make a daily practice of putting your hand on your belly and telling your baby that you love him/her every day :). I take a daily bath and make it a ritual time to connect with my baby. I hope you can get over those feelings. I initially had gender disappointment too so I get it (I realllllly wanted a girl!) but a child is a child and every baby is wonderful. I realized couldn’t be happier to have this blessing after 4 losses. Try to shift your focus to the good things about this little baby ❤️

I wouldn’t think so. I had gender disappointment with my baby - he’s basically a year old and a mama’s boy!
