Bleeding at 9 weeks

I’m really sad right now. I assume I’m having a miscarriage. I had a miscarriage before I had my daughter and now we were pregnant with our second. I haven’t had any clots pass, this is what it looks like so far. But I just don’t have much hope that I could bleed and still have a healthy baby. We just had an ultrasound yesterday and everything looked great, baby was wiggling all over the place. I left a message for my OB but haven’t heard back yet. If anyone had a positive experience after this kind of bleed, let me know because I’m feeling really hopeless right now :(
