What a rollercoaster ride TTC is. This month seems to have hit me in all the hard places. So many hopes then let downs. My temp is going down and I woke up in the middle of the night not feeling well followed by lots of stomach pain this morning. AF is only a few days away and it looks like she won’t be skipping me this month I guess. On a plus note, this is the first time my temps have been so regular after ovulation

. I am taking the fertil aid trio. Seems to be a good start on improvement. Highest peak I’ve had for LH as well. Sharing for others looking for a new supplement. Good luck ladies!! 🙏🏼❤️
