Sorry for the TMI in advance... do I have an infection?

Does this look like an infection? It doesn’t have a smell at all which I thought was necessary for infection but it’s definitely brownish Yellow?

Answer

Not necessarily based on just this. That looks more like a little old blood mixed with discharge. 
Yellow discharge can be normal. It’s really only cause for concern if accompanied by a smell or itch.
