Husband chores

What are appropriate house chores for a husband that works full time (40 hrs/week) and I’m a SAHM (I also babysit part time and am taking college classes). My husband has said lately he knows he’s never much help inside the house (he’s also gone 2 of the 3 days he’s off each week because of a project truck he’s working on). He does feed our dogs and let them out the mornings he works (4 days a week) because he gets up earlier than me. And he will feed the outdoor cats when he gets home of an evening if I haven’t done it already. Other than that he occasionally cooks breakfast one day on the weekend but we’ve been busy and gone lately on the one day we get together that that’s not even happening now. He says he knows he’s been a bad husband lately 🤦‍♀️ and I don’t want to nag him to do stuff bc “he’s the one providing for the family” but that’s only temporary until the end of the year when I’m done with school and get another full time job…. Just not sure what to do with him lately and when I’m doing everything in the evenings while he sits on the couch he says “there she goes again going 100mph” I just roll my eyes and go on….. trying to see if I give him certain chores if he will step up.
