Cramping update

So found out yesterday that the cramping I was having actually was not normal and at 8w3d they have been unable to find a heartbeat for neither of my gest. sacs.... this is my first pregnant with multiples and my first time having a miscarriage. I have no idea what to expect. I'm more anxious about what's to come next and when will it happen and what that will be like. I've chosen not to take any medications or have a procedure but idk if that was the right decision now
