Can I use a heating pad for lower back/hip (sciatic nerve pain). 8weeks pregnant.
8weeks pregnant having sciatic nerve issues hurts from lower back left side, to hip. And I swear it’s all the way to my ankle. I had it really really bad in past pregnancies but not usually this early. I’ve never done heating pads with it. Just stretching and sucking it up. So hoping I’m allowed heating pad?
