11 days late!?

Question

Im 11 days late all negative test but have mild cramps, sore back and egg white discharge (tmi sorry). has anyone had something similar? I don't know what's going on or why. Ive had this happen before after my miscarriages. Nd once when I was a teen im 24 now. I'm going in this upcoming Tuesday to see if I can find out. 
I thought I ovulated but idk what to think anymore.
I just need my mind on ease

I am 17 days late and will be going in for bloodwork tomorrow. He thinks my progesterone didn’t get high enough to drop to make me have a cycle.
