Watery discharge

Is it possible to ovulate a couple days before period? One app is telling me my period was supposed to come on the 1st, but the other app is telling me I’m supposed to get it on the 11th, not sure if I’m in my tww or just waiting for it to be missed but yesterday I got some really really heavy watery discharge felt like I started my period. I’ve been getting mild cramps for a good 2 weeks now. What could this discharge mean? It has no scent and it’s kinda white. (My cervix is high and not hard or soft, and open)
