It could be a irritation from bras you wear if they’re too tight or too loose. Sometimes they can rub against the skin, or it could be you were bitten by something? Honestly it could be a lot of things I personally wouldn’t worry too much about it but I would keep an eye on it and if it worsens see a doctor

Looks like a fungal infection. Apply Lotrimin twice a day for six weeks.

It actually looks like a change in the pigment or a pigmentation problem I have similar looking batches on the belly back and legs

Probably a fungal infection. I had the same type of thing and went to a dermatologist and they prescribed wash for it. It cleared up soon after and haven’t had issues for years since!!
