How often does your baby poop?

How often does your baby poop? My lo is 4 weeks old and only goes once a day. He was having screaming fits that we thought were colic. We took him to his pediatrician and they told us his poop seemed hard and to switch formula to enfamil reguline. We did and he’s still only pooping once a day. They said he should be going about every other feeding.

Mine goes constantly, probably every feeding, but he’s breastfed so not sure if that’s a help

Bubs 5 weeks old she goes up to 3 days between poops, she has just started to become more regular. Very rare she goes more than once a day.  She is breast fed and formula.  She isn't in any pain,  goes easily when she goes etc.

My daughter is 3 weeks old. We use Enfamil Gentle ease. She has only been pooping once a day and it’s usually around 10am. We have been rubbing her tummy and bicycling her legs. She hasnt been crying so we haven’t been worried.

Every feed pretty much. I’m using changing a diaper after she wakes up and then again after feeding it’s insane how many diapers they go through and her poor bum is so raw despite using cream after every change.

My son poops constantly, after every feed and sometimes more than once per feed, he has an active system haha

My sons formula fed and goes poop pretty much every bottle feed. Sometimes he’ll skip one and if he doesn’t go for two feeds (which is rare) he usually sleeps poorly because he needs to go and he’ll poo it all out at that next bottle. He’s never been more than 2 feeds without going though.
