Why do I feel like this about everything
I overthink I too much and feel bad about things I shouldn’t. For example I went on a family emergency with my parents to another county and left like a week before them and I feel like shit for that even though they never told me anything
Every time I go to visit my family I overthink what we did to make sure everything was ok
Yesterday my brother wanted to watch a movie but my husband say it was too late we weren’t going to finish it so instead we went outside to play with the dogs and even they had a good time I still feel bad about it
I overthink everything and feel bad about everything that has to do with my family
Idk how to stop
