I just got diagnosed with internal hemorrhoids at 22, after bleeding analy a lot. I’m so scared, I read how they can drop down out of your rectum and you have to push them back in.. I looked up ligation or the rubber band process, but people are saying it hurt so bad they almost passed out.. anyone who had internal hemorrhoids or had the ligation done please tell me your experience.. is it really as bad?
