I really wanted a girl for my first (ended up having a boy and then another boy when I got pregnant a year later!) that I cried when I found out I didn’t get my wish. HOWEVER, I went on to fall completely in love with my son and was really so glad it ended up the way it did! I think it’s okay to feel some disappointment, but just know that that boy will become your world. I’m pregnant with number 3 right now and I’m pretty sure I’m destined to be a boy mom forever, lol. But they are really such fun.
