nursing micro help

hey guys i’m currently in nursing micro and i’ve been drowning at a steady D and i have no idea how to get my grade higher. finals are in two weeks and none of my study methods have worked. i’m lost and have no idea what to do or how to study anymore. i’ve done typed notes, i’ve done handwritten notes, i’ve listened to lectures all the time and attended them, i did flash cards. i’m lost and have no idea what to do anymore. any tips?
