Cramping at 22 weeks, FTM

I’ve had mild cramping pretty consistently since getting pregnant, nothing significant or unbearable, just mildly uncomfortable. Not constant, but definitely every day. All my appointments thus far have been normal. But the last week or so, the cramping has increased. No bleeding, leaking, or anything like that, but definitely more frequent and more painful cramping. It’s still not severe by any means, but there have been times where I’ve been a little startled by the pain. Is this something I should be concerned about ? Or is it just that she’s getting bigger in there ?
