Mirena complications?

I had the mirena 2 years after my son was born and had no problems at all. I had it removed and 8 months later I conceived my daughter and she was born December 22, 2021.

I had my 2nd mirena inserted on March 4, 2022 while on my first period after my daughter was born. Everything was completely fine. My period came on March 29th (2 days late) and I am still bleeding. It’s enough to wear a tampon but no cramping. The blood is kind of mucus like if that makes any sense. It comes out in globs and is dark red but when I pull out a tampon it’s like a brown. I’ll go all day sometimes with nothing then a huge glob just comes out (sorry for the TMI image)

Can anyone tell me why or what this is?
