I’m losing it

I’ve been married 10 years, my kids are older now but when they were young we had custody of his daughter and she got in some trouble and caused problems in the home. My mother said some shit to my husband because I didn’t and they didn’t talk for years. They have an apartment with us. I’m an only child and my kids and parents are my world.

Before marriage my kids always had friends over and such, as well as me. Then we got a house and that all stopped. Now my sons birthday is next weekend. He wants to stay over as he lives an hour or so away and my husband lost it and said we aren’t a resort. My heart is broken. He’s still coming but now my husband is being just….I don’t even have words. My youngest who is almost an adult wants to leave because of him. I’ve always helped my kids and ALWAYS WILL. his outlook on his kids is they’ve moved out and are adults.

I want opinions? I’m just lost at this point. What about grandkids? Do they have to ask to come over too? I’m ready to move alone to another state. My anxiety is through the roof.
