Really bad vaginal pain is this normal??

Is it normal for my vagina to be hurting really bad on the inside? It feels like the baby is trying to push out. It’s been constant pain for 3 hours. I’m 30 weeks 6 days so hopefully it’s nothing but it’s really painful. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Happened to me with my second! She'd push on my cervix so hard I thought her little hand could break through 😫 Or she'd stretch top to bottom and her head would drop down onto my cervix like a trampoline. Fun times all around
