A thing on my tongue keeps getting worse and doctors aren’t talking me seriously

HAS ANYONE DEALT WITH THIS?!

Okay so, my primary doctor literally didn’t do crap and just referred me to an ENT. I’ve been dealing with this since the beginning of March and my appointment isn’t til the 21th of this month.

This is how my tongue is looking right now. I don’t know if it could be an STD or Cancer or who even knows. I’m very afraid of what it could be and the fact that I’ve gone untreated for so long thanks to this good for nothing doctor.

It looks like I have bits of open skin.
