I just found out I'm pregnant today! Im 26 and this is my first and I don't want to tell family yet. Advice on how to schedule the first Dr's appointment? I moved cities and don't have a primary Dr here. What do I tell them?

With my insurance OB appointment do not require a referral. If you do need a referral find a general practitioner then ask for a referral for an OB. Call them right away and then they’ll schedule you for an appointment, usually when you’re about 8 weeks. If you don’t need a referral you can just find an OB in network and tell them you have positive pregnancy tests and would like to schedule your first appointment

Find a doctor. Schedule an appointment. It's not needed until around 8-9 weeks so you have some time to find one.
