Genital herpes

So I had a baby in 2020 while I was pregnant I got an infection. I grow something's on my vagina. But got cleaned up after using an oinment.

After birth it all went away. Until today. I was looking at my self down there. I noticed something unusual

I checked my self n I saw something's😭😭😭that had grown inside my vagina. Its so scary😭😭😭😭😭bcz after 3 years. I just found out today that some had been left inside me 😭😭when I put my finger inside I could feel them inside and n it hurts a lot😭😭😭plz am I got to die. ?? Cuz of staying with such a thing for a long time😭😭😭im Scared of having cancerous😭😭😭😭😭im going to the clinic Tuesday plz am I going to be alright😭
