Random question

Has anyone baby made a weird noise like breathing weird only when crawling? My daughter makes a weird breathing noise and it ONLY happens when she crawls. It just suddenly came out of nowhere because when she first learned to crawl we didn’t hear it. She has no symptoms of anything else like a cough, fever or runny nose. She’s all good till she crawls and hear it. Even then she doesn’t cry in pain or anything .I’m calling her pediatrician Monday since they’re closed.
