Plz keep all these comments positive. My daughter has always had issues making friends. She's extremely shy and doesn't talk and got bullied a lot. Last year she made a friend named Kaitlyn and Kaitlyn is her best friend. Kaitlyn always defends her against bullying and has always been the sweetest to her. They're 16 and last night Kaitlyn was here and they were studying together. I noticed the bathroom light on and the door was cracked. My 9 year old son has an issue with leaving the light on. So I went to turn it off and accidentally walked in on Kaitlyn and she was pulling her pants up and I noticed that Kaitlyn has boy parts.... I apologized and she started crying begging me not to tell my daughter. Kaitlyn is transgender and I had absolutely no idea. Kaitlyn ended up leaving because she had a panic attack and my daughter didn't know why. Her dad called me explaining that Kaitlyn was bullied and sexually harassed at her last school for being trans and that's why she's scared and panicky. I want to have a talk with Kaitlyn. I haven't spoken to my daughter yet. I just want advice and plz keep everything positive.
