Transverse baby measuring ahead

I’m 35 weeks 6 days, and my son is measuring in the 90th percentile at roughly 7 pounds already. He is also transverse, and I have more than normal amniotic fluid. Has anyone else has this happen? What was the outcome? After 3 relatively quick and easy natural births I’m terrified at the thought of a c section.
