I had to pump today as baby has jaundice and she needs to feed every 3 hours

I pumped for the first time

I only got 10 ml on both sides pumped for 30 mins on each side

Any ways to increase my milk

I also breast feed her but she’s a bit cranky and doesn’t take a lot max 15mins on each side before she’s slps

I had her early at 37w

She already lost around 250 grams since birth

And she was born at 2.4kg

I’m so scared she’s not getting enough hence today we also gave formula and she seems much happier and didn’t cry alot

Feel so guilty as a mom I’m unable to provide

And that I had to substitute but I had to do it for my dolly girl 🥲😔
