I’ve been taking it for 2/3 days and now I am ovulating. I still have a week left of taking this medication…

Spoke with my Doctor, Provera does not cause false positive ovulation tests. My body did ovulate this weekend. Can confirm with all tracking methods. This is my experience.

Provera just gets your body to start a period. It does not make periods regular and it does not make you more fertile. You don't ovulate when you take provera. It's a drug that makes your body think you ovulated but you didn't. That way it will start a period.
