Early pregnancy cramps

Hi all,

I am 13 dpo today and the test came positive today. From yesterday I am feeling on n off cramps without any spotting specially when trying to sleep at night.Is it something to worry?I am a bit bothered as I have PCOS.I am planning to take doctor appointment in next 2 3 days.
