I feel the same way. My Husband literally never makes me cum. If I wanna cum after sex, I have to do that on my own. Which sucks. Usually after sex it makes him tired. You need to discuss this with him and tell him you want him to do more and tell him how you like it and what you want him to do it 
You have a choice here put your foot down say something and change things or complain about it.
