Episiotomy stitches hurt

Hey guys jus had my baby 5 days ago my stitches hurt like crazy can’t even sit anymore

I take pain killers but it helps for a bit also

Apply a ointment given by the hospital

But still it hurts I know it’s normal but this is so tough that I can’t even sit and breastfeed

I’m jus scared if baby doesn’t latch much my flow will stop as I’m already having issues my flow is really low
