Going off Pill (Using cycle)

Hi everyone!

I’m looking to go off my birth control. I’ve been on it for 4 years now and I would like to see how my life is without it.

I was wondering if anyone uses/ tracks their cycle to see when they can have sex? I’ve heard of it before but I’m not sure how to start and my research tells me all different kinds of things.

My boyfriend and I will be doing long distance for just a few months so I thought it would be a good time to try!
