Help !!
Hi everyone I am a single mother and currently the only care taker of my 4th month old , ever since yesterday I am having fevee and severe pain in my throat, I am worried I might get my baby sick and I want to avoid that but don't know how since I breastfeed him and there is no one else to take care of.
