Going to a high risk doctor question!

Due to reasons with the outcome of my last pregnancy I’ve been going to a mfm doctor for my new pregnancy (currently 17w4d)

I did get an ultrasound & blood work testing for abnormalities at 12 weeks. At that ultrasound they did a 3D ultrasound while they were doing the normal scan.

I’m going in for my 20 week ultrasound in 2 weeks — will they do a 3D scan then too?

My last pregnancy was a normal pregnancy not high risk & they never did a 3D ultrasound at my 20 week ultrasound so wondering if this time will be different?
