How many weeks? Confused about pregnancy week counting

I am 4 weeks 6 days pregnant. Most sources say that this means I will start week 5 tomorrow. However, this nurture app is implying that tomorrow is the end of week 5. (nurture agrees that I am 4w6d though). I’m very confused about this because it doesn’t seem to start from week 0, so it would make sense that 4w-4w6d would be week 5.. right? Am I overthinking this? 😅
I have photo evidence to explain my confusion.. 
The first picture shows that “week 5” should end tomorrow, the 28th. The second picture shows that today is 4w6d and would imply that tomorrow is the beginning of week 5… 😵‍💫

Tomorrow you will be 5 weeks pregnant. Which is the start of your 6th week of pregnancy.

The week is counted when its complete - so if it says youre 4weeks 6 days, that means youre 6days into your 5th week… when it says 5 weeks 1 day, youll be 1 day into your 6th week

So this is how it was explained to me. The day after your last period ends starts Week 1. But you would only be 1 day pregnant. Kinda like saying this is your first week of work when you’ve worked there one day. 
That’s why they’re slightly off. You are 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant, which is your 5th total week of pregnancy. Tomorrow it will be 5 weeks exactly, beginning of your 6th total week pregnant. 
It’s confusing, I know 🤣

You haven’t officially reached 5 weeks but you are IN your 5th week. Kind of like if you are 1 year old and today is your birthday, tomorrow you start your “2nd year” of life but you aren’t 2 year. Make sense?

Think of it like you have completed 4 weeks and are on the 6th day of your 5th week hence week 5.

I've noticed the same in the different apps. However if you're 4+6 i would say you're in your 5th week. Most people just counts is as 4th week.
Go with what makes most sense to you really. The apps and possibly even the doctors will say one or another.

Does that mean that in the What to Expect book I read which week I am in or how many weeks I am? Today I start “week 6.”  Does that mean the week 6 blurb in What to Expect applies to this week even though I am 5 weeks exactly today?
