Concerned about formula baby ate (PIC BELOW)

So I feed my baby enfamil neuro pro, I noticed that there were small pieces that looked like glass to me so I tried to grab a tiny piece out to inspect it further, I’ve never seen anything like that in formula before so I was very concerned given all these formula issues going on. Well I decided to try to bite it to see what my baby has been drinking, it was crunchy, had a strong salty taste but not like normal salt so I’m very confused what is in the formula and if she’ll be ok. She’s been eating it for the 5 days, when we got to the bottom of it that’s when I noticed the small pieces so if you’re familiar with enfamil 20oz tubs they come in the bags that you pour into the tub do all the little clear things would have been on the top so if your baby is on enfamil I would just keep an eye out. If anyone has any info on what these things could be or what I should do please let me know. It’s so scary putting all your trust into these formula companies to do right for your baby so they’re safe and healthy. All the news about formula lately is so scary and sad.
