My “Friend” BV 🫠

So I’ve had this for about 3/4 months now I did go to the doctor they gave me meds but it didn’t work 😭🙄 but I heard that happens. I really need suggestions from ppl who have/had it I feel gross 😷I. Hangs clothes alot 🫣 I heard it comes back etc and I’ve never had this before. But the research I did I feel like it’s basically just the ph balance is off idk 🤷🏾‍♀️
