Low Peak?

I’m on my 2nd cycle of Clomid. Most of my apps say I’ll ovulate anywhere from this past Tuesday, to next Tuesday (5/3). I know the apps are just guessing. I’ve been ovulation testing at least twice a day. The closest I’ve ever gotten to a peak was CD 17. Looking at the test, I would think it’s higher than 0.64. I know the app is just that, an app, so it’s probably not 100% correct. It also seems that my levels are now dropping. Has anyone conceived and not had a clear “peak” or positive opk?
