IUD birth control??

My dr wants me to try IUD birth control because I been bleeding on the birth control I’m on now for 30days now… I’m a little scared how were the side effects for you ladies? Did it help with bleeding? Did it work ? Any complications? I’m so scared but she believes I’ll do great on it

I had spotting for about a month after insertion, then never had any bleeding the entire time mine was in.  No crazy side effects either.

I bled for almost 2 months after getting my iud in - but then had no issues and my periods got short and light. I’d absolutely do it again even with the bleeding. It was 3 years of stress free bc after that
