Sleeping arrangements for your newborn twins?

Question

So with our daughter we had a pack n play with a built in bassinet and changing mat that was removable when she got big. I’m trying to decide how our twins will sleep. In America dr’s don’t recommend twins sleeping together, but in places like Europe, etc they recommend putting them together because they’ve been together for their whole lives and separate them when they’re older & more mobile & could hurt each other. 
SOOO my question is could I use my pack n play (without the bassinet) and keep the twins in our room or should I by a pack n play with 2 bassinets?

I put my twins in a pack n play together right next to my bed until they started rolling around a little bit more then I separated them into their own beds

I’ve been reading so much about this. We have a twin bassinet but I’m going to keep them in the same side until they are to big not too. You do what you feel ok with momma. I’ve read it’s better for them to be together and close because it helps them sleep better and feel safe.

I always had them sleep together in the day or if we were awake and monitoring them. Two separate bassinets at night.

My Friend had Twins and she put them together in the pack n play flat mattress, they wud cuddle it was so cute and they were fine.😻😻
