Worst back pain / feeling off

For the past 2 days my back was hurting but it seems it’s getting worse , I’m starting to feel discomfort not so much pain in my ribs and top of my abdomen , it feels like my heart is being about 100mph and my arms randomly feel tingly , I’ve also been nauseous , I have an appointment at the Texas med clinic at 4:12 so just have to hold off till then but gosh I’ve never felt so crappy and breastfeeding is just adding to the discomfort , anyone else experience anything like this ?
