Fear of failure

Hi yall, I'm going crazy. I was expected my period today but it came on 4/28/22 very light, dark brown and only lasted 2 days with very serious cramping. I never had anything like this before. We have been trying to get pregnant even under a Gynocologist's supervision. I'm so scarred to test for a pregnancy because I don't want to get a negative result. I'm going crazy Lord. Please please advise me.
