Pumping advise

I’m having a hard time with breastfeeding. My little one was born premature through c-section due to me getting preeclampsia. The lactation nurse at the hospital told me that her being early and through a c-section both can make breastfeeding difficult to begin with. My little one is now 11 days and I’m still having such a hard time. She doesn’t latch properly and has a hard time pulling the milk from my breasts, especially after getting used to the ease of the bottle nipples.

I’ve gone to pumping exclusively. I know pumping every 2 hours is best but I really don’t know how moms do it. If she cries or gets hungry or I have to pick her up it stops me from pumping. I’m so exhausted at nights I get lazy with pumping which I hate myself for. How does everyone handle all of this? Right now she’s on mostly formula because of how little I pump out (about 20mL per section from both sides combined).
