Does autism come by birth?and is autism a hereditary? 
Does it go away eventually when gets older?

While there are genetic factors that may contribute to a person having autism (other existing “conditions” for lack of a better word) there is also plenty that is still unknown and in some cases it is unlikely to be genetic. There are so many different ways that ASD presents across the spectrum and these folks should not all be lumped into a group. Like with any person, folks with autism are individuals with their own impacts, skills, strengths, challenges, abilities, etc. 
While people do not have signs of autism at birth, some people do develop signs in the first year of their lives but always prior to the age of 3. There is no “cure” and it does not “go away” (though there are plenty of skills to be learned to manage aspects of ASD). Most people, including myself, would say that seeking a “cure” for a neurodivergence like autism is insulting to many autistic people who are perfectly happy with their lives when given the correct supports.

I am an autistic adult. It is lifelong and does not go away. Some support needs may lessen as the individual learns tools to cope, and some needs could become greater. For example: I am pretty good at maintaining eye contact and interpreting most social cues, but have very high support needs for sensory issues. Overtime I got more comfortable in public, but to this day can not be around balloons, fireworks, etc. It all comes down to the individual, but you can educate yourself on common issues and needs of those on the spectrum from reputable sources.

it does not go away and it does have genetic factors. my SIL is on the spectrum and so is my nephew. i do also remember reading that when you have an autistic child you have a higher chance of your future children being autistic as well

My sons & mother is autistic I believe it is mostly due to genetics but they don’t really know. Autism does not go away.

It has genetic factors but there are also other factors to contribute that are still unknown.  No, they dont diagnose at birth usually not until after a year or two old, my son is going through the process right now and he is 2.5 years old. And no, it doesnt go away. Autism is lifelong.

My little brother was diagnosed at 3 years old. He’s 19 now and still severely autistic. It doesn’t go away
