Sleep regression?

I feel like every time I google about my sons age it always says sleep regression 😂 
For the past 4/5 nights my son has been crying every night after we put him in bed…. And has been waking up super super early.. 😩
He used to be a FANTASTIC sleeper 🤷‍♀️

Yes could of wrote part of this myself my little girl started crying after putting her in bed and leaving it would be one more hug dont go yet mummy one more kiss although its adorable the first time its not adorable every night so i started waiting 5 minutes after her crying then going back in and past couple nights i think have improved but now were about to go away for 4 nights so we'll see how she sleeps away

Mine has started waking up earlier than expected. But that’s about it. He’s never gone down super easy. We still get one real loud wail as I leave the room.

We’ve just gone through this, we moved his bedtime half an hour later to 730 which has helped. and then one night after all the “one more” book etc etc requests we had to just let him cry it out. He’s been back going to bed no problem since. I know it’s not easy to let them cry but we had three weeks of the not wanting to go to bed all of sudden and were desperate, he was up until 10pm etc
