I started spotting brown on 6 weeks 2 days when when wiped. I went to ultrasound same day , saw 2 sacs one empty one with heartbeat measuring good. Since that day I have been spotting brown every time I wipe but nothing in panty liner. I told my nurse on that day and she is not concerned because it’s not red.

Only reason I can think is I had bad constipation and strained a lot a day before spotting. But would that last until

Today. It’s been 4 days. Should I request another scan ? Or blood levels ? For those who had spotting , how long did it last? I also have some pulling and twinge sensation on my ovaries. Please help me find some peace
